SANSU BP NORM re (BP) is an important indicator of the body’s health. The normal value of blood pressure is generally around 120/80 mmHg.
When the heart pumps blood, the pressure created is called systolic pressure (120). When the heart relaxes after pumping, the pressure is called diastolic pressure (80).
This normal level of blood pressure is a sign of a healthy life. Both high blood pressure (hypertension) and low blood pressure (hypotension) can be harmful to health.
